Shiva Bajpai

Shiva Bajpai founded Elysium Designs to close the gap he kept seeing between beautiful design and businesses that actually convert. Too many studios optimize for one at the expense of the other; Elysium exists to prove you shouldn't have to choose.

He leads and directs every engagement personally, from the first discovery call through final delivery, working directly with a senior team of 20+ designers and developers rather than handing clients off to a rotating cast of juniors. That direct involvement is by design: it's how Elysium keeps its standard consistent across every brand identity, product, and website it ships.

Outside of client work, Shiva spends most of his time obsessing over the details other studios skip, from motion and micro-interactions to the kind of information architecture that makes a site feel effortless to use. He's based in Bangalore and works with founders and teams worldwide.
